Returns and Refunds Policy

Plain-English Summary
If you change your mind, you have 30 days to return unopened items. If something is faulty, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
2. Change-of-mind returns (30 days)
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is unopened
- It is in original condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping
Change-of-mind return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
3. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos where applicable
We will provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where required, Aurala may, at its discretion cover reasonable return shipping costs.
4. Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Opened products
- Products damaged through misuse
- Gift cards
This does not limit your consumer law rights.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
