Proof, Not Promises
A real-world mould test using white bread rolls and time.
No additives. No laboratory tricks. Just conditions mould loves.
Real-world observation under identical conditions. One sample exposed to First Light vapour, one untreated. Not a laboratory test. Results will vary.
Why This Test
Mould is difficult to demonstrate honestly.
Laboratory tests are important, but they often feel abstract. Real environments are messy, uncontrolled, and imperfect. That is exactly where mould thrives.
So instead of starting with claims, we started with something familiar.
White bread rolls, left exposed to everyday indoor air. Observed over time.
One roll placed in an environment where First Light was present. One roll placed in an environment without First Light.
Nothing hidden. Nothing accelerated. Just comparison.
How this test was run
This was not a laboratory demonstration.
The test was conducted in a real indoor environment using materials mould commonly grows on. Conditions were intentionally simple so the outcome could be clearly observed.
What was controlled:
- Same bread type
- Same environment
- Same exposure time
- Same handling
- Airflow variability
- Ambient humidity fluctuations
- Background microbial load
Those variables exist in real homes. We chose to keep them consistent.
A visible difference in mould development under real-world conditions
Ongoing vapour-based activity over time
A visible difference without laboratory framing
Performance under conditions mould prefers
This is not a medical claim
This is not a regulatory pass/fail test
This does not replace mould remediation
Results will vary by environment
This observation is not intended to stand alone.
It is one piece of evidence, viewed alongside formulation discipline, testing standards, and real-world use over time.
We share it not to persuade, but to allow scrutiny.

Our Approach to Evidence
We believe products should earn trust quietly.
If something works, it should be visible without persuasion. If it doesn't, no amount of language can fix that.
This test is not designed to impress. It is designed to be seen.
